STL Rockabilities
Rockabilities offers a dynamic, rock-n-roll music therapy experience for adolescents and adults with a wide range of developmental and neurological needs. Using an engaging “rock band” format, participants collaborate in a supportive group environment while developing musical and life skills. Open to individuals of all abilities and levels of musicianship, this program helps participants strengthen social interaction, build self-esteem, follow directions, improve listening skills, and develop teamwork and decision-making abilities—all while learning to play instruments in a fun, motivating setting.

Also known as “Demun Music Group,” this program creates a welcoming and engaging music experience for young children, their family and caregivers. Through simple songs, rhythm activities, and movement-based play, sessions are designed to support early childhood development in a fun, nurturing group setting. Families are encouraged to participate together, fostering connection, creativity, and a love for music from an early age.
